The Annabel Lee Bed & Breakfast Inn was built in 1889, for Elizabeth Allen by Hiriam Leonard. The frame building is an interesting example of the Victorian "castle." Ms. Allen was the daughter of Samuel P. Allen who is often times referred to as "one of the most notable figures in the early newspaper history in the Genesee Valley" and established his own paper known as the Livingston Republican.
